The house has 2 bedrooms, equipped with double large bedrooms, kitchen with dining room and bathroom.For a comfortable stay, there is an air-conditioning installation using a heat pump, which can also be used for heating.In the dining room you will find all necessary electrical appliances, such as: refrigerator, electric stoves, oven, dishwasher and washing machine.
There you will also find a relaxation corner with a comfortable double sofa bed and a coffee table.
The house is located in Nea Iraklitsa - Greece, 15 km. from Kavala and 2km from Nea Peramos, famous for Ammolofoi beach.
In the immediate vicinity there is a store from the large chain Lidl, and also one of the beaches of Iraklitsa (400m).
